1 jar or can of spaghetti sauce
3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Cook pasta and drain. Put 1 tbsp of oil into 12" deep skillet and saute garlic, onion, and peppers. You can use fresh onions and peppers or flakes from the spice aisle, and garlic from a jar, or powdered.

Add meat, cook, and drain. To the meat, add spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese. Heat through until cheese melts.

If you want to bake this instead, save 1 c. of mozzarella cheese to put on top. Put mixture in greased 8x8 baking dish. Bake 25 minutes at 325º.
