1 C. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
3 Tbsp. Flour
½ C. Cold Water
1 C. Boiling Water
3 Beaten egg yolks
2 Tbsp. Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cornstarch, and flour. Then blend in cold water. Add boiling water slowly, stirring constantly, cook until thick.

Add:
3 Beaten egg yolks
2 Tbsp. Butter

Cook another 3 – 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add ¼ C. lemon juice and ½ tsp. Salt. Top with meringue.
