Salad:

1 bag spinach
2 c fresh strawberries
1 small red onion
1 (6 oz) container Gorgonzola cheese
1 c walnuts

Dressing:

1 c olive oil
1/2 c balsamic vinegar
fresh basil
fresh garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Remove any long stems from spinach. Place in a large bowl. Slice fresh strawberries and add to spinach. Add 1 thinly sliced red onion. Add walnuts and cheese. Toss lightly with dressing...you won't need to use it all. Serve immediately.
