1 lb. butter
1 c. water
6 tbsp. flour
1 c. flour
4 c. hot milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil butter and water 5 minutes; Add 6 tbsp. flour. Boil until butter comes to top. Drain off. Add 1 c. flour. Cook until it forms a ball. Add hot milk slowly, stirring all the time. Put butter originally taken off on top when served. Serve in a small bowl with sugar and cinnamon topping.
