Ingredients:  
1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp dry mustard
1 can (14oz) kidney beans, rinsed & drained
2 cans baked beans (Pork & Beans)
1 can crushed pineapple
Green & Red Pepper, chopped (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onion and salt; stir in ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard. Bring to a boil over medium heat, watch that is does not burn. Add beans and pineapple.

Simmer on top of stove or bake in oven at 350 F for 1 hour.
