4 cups Cooked Diced Chicken Breast (about 6 breast)
3/4 cup Mayo
1 tsp Salt
2 cups Chopped Celery
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 (5oz) Waterchestnuts, drained and sliced (you can buy them sliced)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Crushed Potato Chips (enough to cover the top)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breast. (do not over cook) Cut into cubes. Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Put into greased pyrex dish 13X9. Top with cheese and then potato chips. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
