1 can Tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can mushrooms
1/4 cup onion
6-8 oz velveeta cheese
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 to 1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup butter
half bag of egg noodles {I use a little more than 1/2)
Parmesan cheese
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute onion until transparent, add mushroom soup evaporated
milk, stir until combined, add mushrooms, olives and velveeta. Stir in
tuna and a dash of lemon juice.

cook noodles as directed. Grease a 1 qt. casserole dish. Combine
noodles and tuna mixture and pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with
Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 for 25\30 minutes. Serve with Garlic
bread.
