40 HONEY BUTTER RITZ CRACKERS
1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED GARLIC
KOSHER SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
6 BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
1 1/2 STICKS UNSALTED BUTTER

Directions:
Line baking sheet with foil. Melt butter in microwave. Mix crushed crackers, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper in a large plastic bag. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter and then in cracker mixture, coating completely. Place on baking sheet and top with extra butter and cracker mix. Bake for 1 hour at 350º
