4 quarts of yellow beans washed and cut into 1-11/2 " pieces
3 cups white sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup dry mustard
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. tumeric
3 cups white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil beans in salted water until just tender. Drain well
Make dressing of remaining ingredients.
Boil until thick and pour over beans in sealing jars.
Place jars in boiling bath for 10-15 minutes. Remove and let cool.
