2 lb. hamburger
2 eggs
2 to 3 slices of bread
1 c. of salsa
1/2 c. ketchup
Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat Oven at 375º. Tear the slices of bread into small pieces. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients except the ketchup. Mix well. Use you hands to shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish. Add the ketchup to the top of the loaf. Bake until the center of the meat is done (no red or pink).
