1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb. shelled pecan halves
Salt and cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a baking pan and add Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Add pecan halves and stir well. Place in a 250ºF oven and bake slowly, stirring every few minutes until the pecan halves have absorbed all the liquid. Remove from oven and sprinkle with salt and cayenne pepper. Stir again. Serve and enjoy. *This is a great recipe to double. These work well as salad toppings.
