2 lbs yellow squash
1 small jar chopped pimento
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 grated carrots
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 package Pepperidge Farm Stuffing (not corn bread)
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix squash, pimento, cream of chicken soup, carrots, onion and sour cream.
Mix stuffing mix with butter and divide.
Put half the stuffing in bottom of casserole. Pour in squash mixture, and put remaining crumbs on top. Bake until done in 375º oven.
