1 lb. carrots
2 T. butter
1 t. sugar
dash salt
2 t. tarragon leaves, preferably fresh
2 t. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Peel carrots (or use baby carrots if you prefer) and cut into 1" pieces. Barely cover with water and cook for 10 minutes or until tender-crisp. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and toss, coating carrots evenly.
