3 - 5 squirrels, cut into pieces
flour
3 Tbsp butter
8 cups boiling water
1 tsp thyme
1 cup corn
1 cup baby lima beans
3 potatoes, quartered
1/4 tsp cayenne
2 onions, sliced
2 cups canned tomatoes with juice

Directions:
Directions:
Roll the pieces of squirrel in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in butter. Add squirrel and all other ingredients, except the tomatoes, to the boiling water, cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add the tomatoes and continue to simmer another hour.
