2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Let sugar and water boil until hard when tested in cold water. Then whip egg white until stiff. Cool slightly. Pour egg white and sugar mixture together and beat until stiff enough to put down without spreading.
