Beer Batter:
1c. Flour
1tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1c. dark beer

Cream Sauce
1/3c.mayo
2/3c. sour cream
1tsp. lemon zest (opt.)
2tbsp. lemon juice
2tbsp. water
Salt & Pepper

1lb fish - (any that your like) cut into bite size pieces
1c. flour- to coat the fish with.
1tsp. salt

Beer batter: Mix flour, salt & pepper in med. bowl. Gradually add beer while whisking. Let rest for 15min.

Cream Sauce: Mix mayo & sour cream in med. bowl. Whisk in lemon zest, juice & water. Season to taste. Set aside.

Fish: Combine flour and salt. Season the fish, and coat with flour. Working in batches dip the fish in the beer batter coating both sides, and deep fry until golden brown. About 5mins.

Wrap up in a tortilla shell add some lettuce, cheese, & cream sauce and Enjoy!
