swiss cheese, sliced
corned beef, sliced thin
sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
sandwich spread or Thousand Island Dressing
party rye bread

Directions:
Directions:
Butter both sides of rye bread. Cut cheese and corned beef to fit on bread.
Lay on bread slices as follows:
1 slice cheese
sauerkraut
corned beef
Spread dressing or sandwich spread on another slice of bread, lay on top of sandwich. Grill in fry pan, turning over once, until cheese is melted and bread is nicely browned.

You can make these ahead of time. Just grill and then lay on cookie sheet. Cover with foil after cooled. Warm in oven @300, 10-15 minutes before serving.
