1/2 to 1 lb venison thinly sliced (can use beef too)
3T extra virgin olive oil
steak or grill seasoning
1/2 onion thinly sliced
2/3 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup green pepper thinly sliced
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayo
3 cloves garlic
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1 prepared pizza crust

Directions:
Directions:
Slice venison thinly across the grain and into small strips. Spread venison out on a plate. sprinkle liberally w/ steak or grill seasoning and drizzle olive oil on top. Mix the meat around to make sure all sides are coated with the mixture. Set aside to marinade for up to 30 minutes. Heat a heavy skillet on medium high. Add all the venison and olive oil mixture at once. Saute 1 min and remove venison, set aside. Add onions, mushrooms and peppers, saute 1-2mins and remove from heat. In a small bowl combine mayo, sour cream and minced garlic. Spread sour cream mixture evenly over prepared crust. Sprinkle cheeses over the sauce. Distribute venison and veggies over the cheese. bake at 400º 16-20 minutes or until crust is lightly browned on the edges.
