4 c. yellow squash and zucchini squash, cubed (smaller squash with very little seeds are best)
1 c. shredded carrot's
1/2 c. onion chopped
1 regular pkg. jimmy dean sausage
1 can cream chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 8 oz. stove top stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and onion in saute pan. Boil squash and carrot's until tender, then drain.
Mix drained veggies with cooked sausage, add soup and sour cream. Mix well.
Mix stove top according to box, place half on bottom of casserole dish top with sausage and squash mixture, then top that with remaining stove top mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
