1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsifted all purpose flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter

Batter:
1 cups sifted all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp double acting baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Use a 9x9x2" metal pan. Grease bottom but not sides of pan. For Topping, mix together sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Blend in butter, set aside until batter is mixed. For Batter, sift flour, then measure. Add sugar, baking powder, and salt to flour and sift into medium sized mixing bowl, set aside. Beat eggs with hand rotary beater until foamy. Add milk and fat and beat together. Pour egg and milk mixture over flour mixture and stir until just blended. Pour batter into greased pan. Sprinkle blueberries over top of batter. Sprinkle with topping. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Serve from pan while warm.
