1 bunch broccoli
1 bunch cherry or grape tomatoes
1 can mixed nuts
1 c. Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Pour mixed nuts in a plastic bag, fold with a towel around the bag and pound with a mallet or side of a hammer until crushed in irregular pieces.
Peel stalk of broccoli if tough on outside and shred entire bunch, including stems, into small pieces with a butcher knife.
Quarter tomatoes.
Toss ingredients with Italian dressing in a large salad bowl.
Chill and serve as a side dish or as a appetizer with large round crackers at a party.
