Salmon: We use 4 oz. sections or a filet
Butter
Crushed Red Pepper
Garlic Powder
Dried Basil
Salt

Cream Cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Rinse Salmon, place in cooking dish. Chop small cubes of butter on salmon. Sprinkle lightly with salt, garlic powder, red pepper and dried basil. Add small amount of water and lemon juice to the bottom of baking dish (about 1/4" deep). Cook at 350-375 F for about 30 minutes.

We really like to eat this with this cream cheese mix:

Combine cream cheese, garlic powder, crushed red pepper and fresh minced onion (All to taste) Mix together. Serve with Salmon.
