1 1/2 lbs. uncooked elbow macaroni
6 lg. dill pickles, diced
1 onion, minced
3 stalks celery, diced
1 med. cucumber, diced
6 boiled eggs, chopped
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 6 oz. can tuna, drained
1/2 of 12-oz. pkg. frozen peas
2 c. Miracle Whip
1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
1/8 c. white vinegar
1/8 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 boiled egg, sliced
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to directions. Do not overcook. Mix all ingredients, saving sliced egg and paprika for garnish. Refrigerate overnight. Next day stir and taste, add more Italian salad dressing or vinegar if needed. Top with sliced egg and sprinkle with paprika.
