1 lb lean bulk italian pork sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 clove of garlic
2 14 1/2 oz. cans of chicken broth
1 14 1/2 oz. can of italian style diced tomoatoes, undrained
1 c. water
1 pkg Betty Crocker Julienne Potatoes
1 c. milk
1 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage, onion, celery and garlic until sausage is no longer pink. Stir in broth, tomatoes, water, potatoes and sauce mix. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender. Stir in milk and spinach. Simmer 5 minutes.
