2 1/2 lb. salmon fillet
1 lemon
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. white wine,chardonnay
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse fish, pat dry, and cut into about 2 inch wide pieces. Place fish in a large pyrex pan and drizzle lemon juice on each piece. Season the fish with salt, pepper, paprika and parsley. Melt butter and combine with wine and crushed garlic then pour over salmon. (If you have time let the fish marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.) Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
