2 lbs frozen cubed hash brown potatoes (thawed)
1/2 c Melted Butter
1 tsp each salt and pepper
1/2 c chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt sour cream
2 c grated cheddar cheese



Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 13 plan plan.

Top with 2 c Lays Potato Chips (crushed) mixed with 1/4 c butter.

Bake 350f for approx 1 hour.
