2 1/3 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 egg
2 c. semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips, divided
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk*
1 (10 oz.) pkg. toffee bits, divided

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease 9x13 in. pan. In large bowl combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add egg and mix well. Stir in 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips and all of the pecans. Reserve 1 1/2 c. of crumb mixture for top of cookies later. Press remaining crumb mixture on bottom of prepared pan. Bake 10 minutes only! Remove from oven and pour milk evenly over hot crust. Top with 1 1/2 c. toffee bits. Sprinkle on remaining crumb mixture and remaining chocolate chips. Bake 20-30 minutes until golden. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with remaining toffee bits. Yummy and rich! *I use fat-free sweetened condensed milk.
