4 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 lb tilapia fillets (1/2 inch thick)
1 Tbsp olive oil
6 Tbsp butter, divided
2 lemons
fresh parsley (minced)

Directions:
Directions:
Season flour to taste with salt and pepper. Dredge fillets in flour mixture, shaking off excess. Heat oil with 2 Tbsp of butter in skillet over medium heat. Add fillets and cook until golden brown (approximately 3 minutes). Turn fillets over and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. Drain fillets on paper towels, transfer to platter.

Add remaining 4 Tbsp of butter to skillet and heat until it froths. Add the juice from 1 lemon and slices of the other lemon. Swirl pan to heat through. Pour butter sauce over fillets and sprinkle with parsley.
