1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (1/2 gal.) ctn. mint chocolate chip ice cream, thawed slightly
1 large container Lite Cool Whip
Chocolate syrup

Directions:
Let ice cream thaw slightly. Break entire package of Oreo cookies and spread across bottom of 9x13 in. cake pan. Drizzle chocolate syrup over Oreos; just zigzag back and forth. Spread entire container of ice cream evenly over Oreos. Evenly spread a layer of Cool Whip over the ice cream and freeze. The longer it's in the freezer, the better it gets! I use reduced fat cookies and light ice cream. *Recipe is from a friend from ACSC, Tracey Manor.
