1 pkg chocolate cake mix, prepare as directed in 9x13 pan
2 pkgs 3 oz instant chocolate pudding
1 large container Cool Whip
1/4 c Kahlua
Heath toffee bar pieces (located in the chocolate chip aisle in the store)

Directions:
Prepare the cake mix as directed in 9x13 pan.

In large glass bowl, place 1/2 of the cake broken into small pieces; mix 1 pkg of pudding and place on top of the cake pieces; cover the pudding with 1/2 of the Cool Whip; pour 1/8 c Kahlua over the Cool Whip; sprinkle half the Heath toffee chips.

Repeat layers.

Dessert may be made one day prior to serving.
