1 onion diced
2-3 potatoes cut into small pieces
1 bag shredded cabbage
1 pound stew meat
1 can diced tomatoes
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. ketchup
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Saute onion and potatoes. Add meat and brown a little. Add diced tomatoes and fill pot about 2/3 with water. Add rest of ingredients and stir. Simmer for 2 hours.

This one is Yona's all time favorite but i don't have exact measurements. Whatever I wrote is approximate so I guess just use your common sense!
