5-6 large zuchinni unpeeled
3 onions diced
can mushrooms drained
3 eggs
3 T. onion soup mix
2 T. mayonnaise
5 T. cornflake crumbs
garlic powder & salt to taste
2 9" pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Boil zuchinnis with peel, mash and drain well.
Saute onions and mushrooms.
Add rest of ingredients to mixture.
Pour into crusts and bake at 350º till edges are brown.

the mixture usually makes a little extra so you can pour it into a small pan and bake it alone as a mini kugel.
