"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Gary and I tailgated with my college hall-mates, Beth Juran and Lecia Cecconi-Roberts at the Wake Forest - Georgia Tech football game in October, 2010. It was great to meet their families and to see Beth's mother, Lorene White, who was so nice to me when I was a freshman at Wake Forest. She made these delicious cheese straws for the tailgate party, and shared this recipe with me.
