1 cup butter
1 cup powder sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, beat well
5 cups flour
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 cup salad oil
2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar, then beaten eggs.
Mix dry ingredients and add to first mixture. Then oil and vanilla.
Do not use mixer. Use spoon by hand.
