1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp light corn syrup
4 1/2 cups quick oats
1 1/2 cup peanut butter
1-2 cups mini M & M's

Directions:
Directions:
There is no flour in this recipe. Cream butter and sugars together. Add beaten eggs, baking soda, vanilla, and corn syrup. Mix with electric mixer. By hand, mix in oatmeal, peanut butter, and chocolate candies. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. (Use large pampered chief scoop, about 1/4 cup). Flatten cookie slightly with a fork, dip fork in sugar if is starts to stick. Bake at 350º for 13-15 minuets. Convection 325º for 10-11 minutes.
