1/2 cup Margarine (cold)
1 cup Flour
3/4 cup Pecans (chopped)
8 oz Cream cheese
1 cup Powdered sugar
8 oz Cool whip
3 1/2 cup Milk
2 pkgs Instant butterscotch pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. In a bowl, cut cold margarine into flour, stir in 1/2 of the pecans. Press into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 ungreased pan and bake 20 minutes till lightly browned. Let cool. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar till fluffy. Fold in 1 cup of cool whip, spread over cooled crust. Combine milk and pudding until smooth, pour over cream cheese mixture already in pan. Refrigerate 20-30 minutes till set. Top with remaining cool whip and pecans. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
