3/4 cup Butter flavored Crisco
1 1/4 cup firmly packed Brown sugar
2 tbsp Milk
1 tbsp Vanilla
1 Egg
1 3/4 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Baking soda
1 cup Semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup Pecan pieces

Directions:
Preheat oven 375 degrees. Cream Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy. Blend in egg. Combine flour, salt and baking soda together and gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Drop round tablespoons of dough 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes for chewy cookies or 11-13 minutes for crisp cookies. Cool on sheet couple minutes and remove to cooling rack.
