Layer 1:
2 c. flour
3 T. sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Layer 2:
8 oz. pkg cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Layer 3:
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
3 or 4 large peaches
1 1/2 c. water
1 box peach Jell-O
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Layer 1 ingredients and press into a 9 x13 pan. Bake at 375º for 15 mins. Cool before starting Layer 2. Mix Layer 2 and put on cooled crust. Mix sugar, water, and cornstarch and cook over med. heat until thick. Stir in Jell-O. Cool. Slice peaches. Pour half of Jell-O mixture over cream cheese. Spread sliced peaches over mixture. Add remaining Jell-O mixture over the peaches. Let cool and store in refrigerator.
