6 eggs
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 lb. large curd cottage cheese
1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese, diced
1large (8oz) cream cheese, diced
6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. baking powder

1. Melt butter in 9x13 glass Pyrex pan. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add milk, cottage cheese, and other cheeses. Then add dry ingredients. Mix altogether and pour into pan. Bake at 375ºF for 45 minutes.
