2 bags fresh broccoli
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
6-8 cloves garlic, sliced thin
1 1/2 pounds cavatelli pasta
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1. Add cavatelli to a large pot of boiling water and cook until tender. Drain and set aside.

2. If possible, steam broccoli in bag 2 mins. Set aside.

3. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add garlic and saute until lightly golden, being careful not to burn it. Add the broccoli. Saute, stirring occasionally, for about 8 mins. Toss cavatelli with the broccoli and sprinkle parmesan cheese.
