2 lbs yellow summer squash thinly sliced (about 6 cups)
half of a medium onion chopped
1 cup peeled, shredded carrot - optional
10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup flour
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1 package cornbread stuffing in the box
1 cup butter, melted.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine squash, onion, carrots, and soup.
Mix together sour cream Lipton onion soup, and flour. Stir into veggies.
Toss stuffing mix with butter. Spread half in bottom of slow cooker. Add veggie mixture. Top with remaining crumbs. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours.
