Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 large eggs, beaten
3 cans (213 g each) pink salmon,
drained
1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dried dill
3/4 tsp. salt (I used slightly less
than this amount)
3/4 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 cups dried breadcrumbs
3/4 cup water
6 tbsp. vegetable oil
12 hamburger buns (to serve)
lettuce, shredded (to serve)
tomatoes, sliced (to serve)
Kraft tartar sauce (to serve)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Drain salmon, then remove skin and round bones, and add to the eggs. Add parsley, dill, salt and onion powder. Mix well. Then add breadcrumbs and water, and mix well. Shape into patties. You will get 11 or 12, depending how big you make them. Then heat the oil in a frying pan. If using an electric frying pan, heat it to 300ºF. Fry the patties for several minutes on each side, until they are nicely browned, with a lid on the pan as they cook. (Add more oil if you think necessary.) Serve in buns with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and Kraft tartar sauce. Leftovers make a quick delicious lunch. Makes 11 or 12 salmon burgers.
