1-12 oz package of herbed stuffing
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 medium onions, coarsely chopped
2 lbs. ground pork sausage
1 can jellied cranberry sauce, beaten until thin
1-2 c apple cider

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the stuffing, sausage, onion, egg and cranberry sauce together. Add apple cider a little at a time until mixture is moist, but not mushy. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Cook at 350º covered for 45 min. Remove cover and let brown another 15 min.

I found this recipe a number of years ago and have "tweaked" it over the years to our taste. It has been a hit for Thanksgiving dinner here for many years. Also great for stuffed pork chops!
