1 can garbanzo beans
4 tablespoons tahini (sesame sauce)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 to 3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
Garnish with olive oil and parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Drain garbanzo beans, saving juice. Set juice and garnish aside, put other ingredients in blender. Puree. If too thick add more juice from the beans and blend and whip again. Put in serving dish. Pour a little olive oil over top and sprinkle the top with parsley and a few whole garbanzo beans. Lebanese use Lebanese bread baked in oven or over the burner on your stove until crispy. Break into pieces. Also may use potato chips and raw veggies.
