2 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. garlic powder

1 qt. (32 oz.) can whole tomatoes (drain juice)
15 oz. tomato paste
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. oregano

6 lasagna noodles (precooked)
3 cups mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion and garlic powder together. Drain well. Add in rest of ingredients and simmer slowly for 2 hours or to speed the process, put whole tomatoes in a blender.
If needs to be thickened, add more tomato paste.
In casserole dish place 3 noodles on bottom. Layer half the meat sauce followed by half of the cheese. Repeat.
Bake at 350º for 30-45 min.
