8 oz package cream cheese
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
3 TBSP Pesto paste
dash of garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and cook on medium heat, stirring to blend ingredients until smooth. Do not overcook. It will thicken up too much.
Cook the pasta first, and then when the sauce is ready and smooth, serve immediately over your favorite pasta, with garlic bread.

I found this recipe on the Kraft site that originally added pumpkin puree in the sauce. It was pretty good (so you can add 1/2 cup or so as a variation). But we loved the creamy pesto from Pasta Factory so I wanted to alter it.
