Dough:
4 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 pt. sour cream
5 egg yolks, beaten slightly
1 tsp. vanilla
Filling:
1 lb. walnuts, ground fine
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Dough: Mix all ingredients together and knead until smooth. Add a little more flour, if needed. Filling: Mix all together. Do not cook filling. Divide dough into 4 balls. Roll each ball and spread with filling. Place on greased baking sheet. Beat egg whites a little and spread over rolled nut rolls. Bake at 375º for half-hour.
