10 eggs
2 1/4 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. bulk port sausage (I use Jimmy Dean©)
2 cup cubed white bread (remove crusts)
1 1/2 cup (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain and cool.
In large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, mustard and salt. Beat.
Stir in sausage, bread and cheese. Put in creased 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from fridge for 30 minutes. Bake uncovered at 350º for
30-40 minutes.
