1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding
1 c. pumpkin, cooked or canned
3 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
34 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients and beat with electric mixer on low speed until moistened. Beat on high for an additional 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cut into 12 pieces and top with whipped topping.
