6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
3 tsp butter
6-8 oz evaporated milk
1 tsp salt, plus salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cover potatoes with two inches of water, bring to a boil and add 1 tsp salt. Boil for 20-30 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes, add butter to pot and return potatoes to pot. Mash briefly, add half the milk and continue to mash. Add salt to taste, and additional milk to desired consistency.
